The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training (Tier 2) equips health and social care staff with the essential knowledge, confidence, and
empathy to support people with a learning disability and autistic people safely and respectfully. Delivered by experienced care
consultants and co-trainers with lived experience, this session ensures staff meet statutory and CQC requirements for learning disability
and autism training under the Health and Care Act 2022.
